Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

Neo Herbs Pharma reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of healthcare, wellness, and Ayurvedic products, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

Returns may only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.

  • Product received is defective.

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Product received in a tampered or leaking condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue must be provided.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Neo Herbs Pharma reserves the right to inspect and verify return claims before approving a return.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products with broken seals due to customer handling.

  • Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse by the customer.

  • Personal care and healthcare products once opened.

  • Products returned without proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once a return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval, depending on banking and payment gateway processing times.

Shipping charges, handling charges, and cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment service provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery.

  • Defective upon receipt.

  • Incorrectly supplied.

Approved exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, a suitable replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error, damaged delivery, or incorrect product shipment, Neo Herbs Pharma may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For any unauthorized or customer-preference returns, shipping expenses shall be borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for approved returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost during transit.
